Can a husband drink his wife’s breast milk? What about milk from other women?

All praise be to Allah and may His blessings and peace be on His last messenger, Muhammad,

A man may not see or touch the chest of a woman that is not his wife.

Breast milk is not impure, and there is no sin in drinking it even if it is from a human. However, it is repulsive and non-customary to drink the milk of a woman, so it is disliked.

It doesn’t make the woman forbidden to the one who drinks it after two years of age. According to some scholars, there is an exception to this, which is in the cases of necessity. An example on such cases would be the need to breast feed an older orphan child by a woman that intends to care for him as her own. This way, she and her family will be non-marriageable kin (mahrams) to him.
